Ruia Travels ("we", "us", "our") operates chauffeur-driven car rental and tour package services based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website, books our services, or communicates with us. You can stop these messages at any time by replying "STOP" or informing us directly, except for essential transactional messages related to an active booking.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service delivery: with our drivers and operations staff, strictly to fulfil your booking
- Technology partners: Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps, GMB), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads and Messaging), our WhatsApp Business API provider, and our automation/CRM tools, solely to operate our marketing, communication, and booking systems
- OTA platforms: Viator, GetYourGuide, and similar booking platforms, where a booking originates from or is fulfilled through their platform
- Payment processors: to complete transactions securely
- Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law, court order, or a government or regulatory authority
- Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Ruia Travels or Narayani Group, subject to equivalent privacy protections
